Disable this annoying splash screen thusly:
- Start → Settings → System → Notifications & actions
- Uncheck the “Show me the Windows welcome experience after updates…”, “Suggest ways I can finish setting up my device…” and “Get tips, tricks and suggestions…” items under Notifications.
